ORDER, PAYMENT & DELIVERY information |

All of our handmade cables are designed by ourselves. Each of them is handcrafted and dispatched from our workshop in Wales (UK). Placing an order: Most of our handcrafted cables are only available to purchase directly from us by contacting us at info@back-promo.co.uk . After we receive your enquiry we will get back to you with a quote based on the cable specifications you require. Some of our cables like the Silvcercord & Coppercord (as well as our custom made, branded cables by Van Damme, Canare, Mogami & Belden) are also available to purchase via our web-shop and our Ebay shop. Note that all of our our handmade cables are produced on order. The typical production times for the COPPERCORD & SIILVERCORD cables is 3 working days; for the CLIO 3-4 working days; for the GAIA and PONTUS 5-6 working days and for the GAIA HYBRID cables 7-10 days.
Payment methods: PAYPAL: The most common method of payment is via Paypal. If you are ordering through our webshop you can follow the instructions at the check-out and complete your payment using either your Paypal account or your Debit / Credit card. After we confirm the cost of your order, we will send you a Paypal invoice with all the relevant order & payment details. You can pay for the invoice by using your Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay for your order online using your debit / credit card and following the relevant Paypal link (there is no need to sign in to a Paypal account in order to pay with a debit/credit card). BANK TRANSFER: If you wish, you can pay for your order via bank transfer. We will send you an invoice with your order and payment details. Payments via bank transfer automatically receive a 3%-5% discount (we simply pass the saving to our customers for not being charged Paypal fees for the transaction). Please note that international payments via bank transfer may take up to 7 days to clear and you may incur bank charges. Please check with your bank for further details. Delivery: All of our cables are handcrafted on order. We will confirm on the expected dispatch time when you place your order. Delivery for orders within the UK Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail “1st class Signed” for packet or Royal Mail “Tracked24”. Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery is also available at an extra cost. Delivery for international orders For most of our International orders the standard postage service that we offer is by ROYAL MAIL International Tracked packet.Postage via a courier service (UPS, FedEx, DPD etc) can also available upon request at an additional cost. International delivery is typically 7-14 working days. Please note that these delivery times are only estimates and the actual times of delivery depend on the carrier / delivery partner at the destination country "International Tracked" packets are recorded and a packet registration / tracking number will be available after dispatch. The cost of International delivery depends on the size / weight of your order and the country of destination. We will give you a quote on this cost when you contact us with the specifications of your order. Delivery to the EU For delivery to destinations within the European Union we use UPS. Other courier options (i.e.FedEx, DPD etc) can also be available upon request. The cost of these services depends on the actual destination country and the weight/size of your order. So please do get in touch for a quote before proceeding with an order.
We offer a 30-day return policy. So if you are not entirely happy with your cable you are welcome to return it for a different cable or for a full refund. For any further details or other questions you may have please do not hesitate to contact us. |
